The U.S. division of BOXX Modular was founded in 1998, originally under the name Nortex Modular Space. In 2010, Nortex was acquired by Black Diamond Group Limited and began operating as the USA subsidiary of BOXX Modular.
BOXX U.S. (formerly Nortex) specializes in the manufacturing, sale, lease, rental, installation, repair and renovation of modular and mobile buildings (both permanent and temporary), mobile office trailers, portable classroom buildings, relocatable buildings, and temporary offices as well as medical and special use buildings for both government and private industry.
The BOXX Modular - U.S. main branch is located near Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas with additional branch offices in Austin, Houston and Denver.
BOXX U.S. has long-term contractual relationships with the military, government agencies, public education and commercial customers. BOXX Modular provides the most durable and energy-efficient mobile and modular buildings in America.
U.S. Government Projects
Our Government customers range from the U.S. Army in Fort Lewis near Seattle, WA, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA, INS in Miami, FL, U.S. Navy in San Diego, CA and National Parks Service in South Dakota. We have provided a large variety of classroom, office, medical and housing building products to Federal Government Agencies across America including President George Bush's ranch in Crawford, TX.
BOXX U.S. (formerly Nortex) has the ability to provide free design consultation and assistance under our GSA Supply Schedule Contract to go along with very competitive pricing and delivery completion in record time! Compliance with Federal Codes such as IBC, NEC, UMC, UPC, and ADA is automatically included in our pricing.
Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.001 (Priorities for Use of Government Supply Sources) places the use of Federal Supply Schedules ahead of all other commercial sources. This simplified acquisition process is further explained in FAR 8.401.
