BOXX Modular (formerly Nortex) provided a high-end, permanent modular ‘Employee Center' at the Valero Port Arthur, Texas refinery plant site. The 6,000+ square foot facility included separate security, outpatient medical, and exercise facilities.
The scope of services included the design and construction of the actual facilities, as well as permanent foundation and site utility services.
